1-to-1, with a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment for paperwork
and check-in. You can print out and ​complete the paperwork prior
to your appointment and bring it in with you.

ISABEL

Born and raised in Seattle, Isabel has spent over 6 years working across different healthcare settings—experience that shaped her understanding of what patients truly need. As Patient Care Coordinator, she's found her sweet spot: creating a welcoming space where patients feel seen from the moment they walk in, while gently bridging the gap between insurance complexities and quality care. She takes pride in advocating for patients and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Outside the office, she loves exploring new restaurants, cooking adventurous recipes, and spending time with family and friends. These days you'll find her painting with her toddler and adding to her eyewear collection.

JIMI

Jimi earned their Bachelor of Arts in English and Master of Education from University of Alaska Fairbanks. Born in Ketchikan, they spent nine years teaching in a rural Alaskan community before relocating to the Seattle area in 2023. As Patient Care Coordinator and Billing Specialist, they find satisfaction in helping patients access the care they need while keeping the clinic running smoothly.

Outside work, Jimi enjoys writing, drawing, reading, and going for walks.
